Payments

Checkout is handled entirely by Polar. animalbid.lol does not process or store any payment information. no card numbers, no bank details, nothing you type at checkout. If the site were ever compromised, there would be no banking data here to steal. All payments are final and non-refundable. No returns. digital visibility is delivered immediately when payment clears.

Giving back

Every bid and every sponsor slot is a payment for visibility on the board. not a donation, and not a public fundraiser. Each month, a portion of our revenue goes to charities.

Beneficiaries are chosen for transparency and ethics. We only send money to organisations that meet all of these:

• Registered animal welfare charities with publicly verifiable finances
• Direct, measurable impact for animals in need
• No opaque intermediaries or organisations with a history of financial misconduct

The pets on the leaderboard are the point; the shelters and rescues that care for animals who need it are too.

Why I built this

Since outbid.lol, everyone has been racing to turn a spot on a board into profit. The model works: pay, rank, done. I just didn't want every dollar to stop there. A share of what people pay for visibility on animalbid.lol goes each month to animal causes I care about deeply: registered charities with public finances and real work on the ground.

The rules stay simple. Whoever pays the most is on top. The board never resets. Your spot holds until someone decides your pet is worth beating, and you can always take it back. No algorithm, no moderation queue, no votes to farm.
